Reviews
"The management here is unprofessional, never there. The policies here make no sense, I’ve never met a company that had so much favoritism upon their customers. And that loud old lady in the first window needs to treat all customers with the same service. The crack heads at the door and coming in make me feel unsafe can’t ever do a transaction in peace. If you guys are charging so much in fees you guys can afford better security."
"Crew at this store was very amazing! Lines were long but they handled it fast. Great customer service"
"I visit this location this morning 12/24/19 at 9:06 am. They only had one person working because the other was late .Not only she came late she decided to get coffee before opening the register . She dint care that the line was long and she continued to take her sweet time to set up.She continue bragging and joking about her lateness "Im already late" "is not my firstbtime" .It was all about her not the costumers. After a 20 minute wait I left and told the cashier they are taking to long. She got upset and told me to come and work for them. She was very unprofessional. Apparently they think we have nothing to do ."
"They are breaking the law. Already filing my complaints. Went to pick up money ask questions like "why I need money?" What is my job?" Those questions are not only violation of rights but is not Western Union policy. Though he tried to pass it off as policy. It's the robust guy Hispanic guy with glasses. When confronted he ran to the back. Call nys dep of consumer affairs if you are being violated."
