"Stopped by to get a tail light bulb, a 7506L as indicated in the photo. Simple purchase right? I decided to get two extras, for a total of three tail light bulbs. NAPA sells these loose, not packaged, and I figured they'd be more inexpensive that way. The guy rang me up for $27. LOL! I questioned him and he insisted that they rang up $7 each plus tax (which should have come to $22.37, not $27). It would have been fine if the incident had ended with my "no thanks, bye" ... but then another sales guy walked over and started doing this song and dance about how *these* 7506L's have special high-quality resistors and so on -- LOL!! Keep your high quality resistors, guys, I just need tail lights that work. Epilogue: I immediately went down the street to Advance Auto Parts and got two 2-packs (total FOUR bulbs) for a grand total of $16 after tax. The girl who helped me out knew exactly what a 7506 was, pointed at the aisle it was in, and looked up "they're in stock" within 8 seconds of my asking. She even asked if she could dispose of the old bulb for me, and took it for me! I'm probably *not* going to come to this NAPA store for my rotors, brake pads, clutch plates, strut assemblies, control arms, and other replacement items in the future."
