"Thomas and all the new staff there are amazing very helpful and knowledgeable my car broke down around the corner from his store the dixwell location I had my son and daughter in the car in the cold Thomas and the new guy with the dread locks pushed my car to his parking lot and actually figured out my problem was just a basic $20 dollar that could of ended up saving me a tow bill and a unexpected repair bill for a mother trying to survive I’m beyond grateful for them and they gained a new lifetime customer Thank you to thomas and the staff for all your hard work and going above and beyond It is appreciated more than you know"

"I highly recommend buying from the Hamden location. The girl at the desk was great and got me signed up to get coupons. My daughter and I were outside trying to put windshield wipers on and Brandon was on his lunch break and came over to help us. He went out of his way to help us but also taught us how to take them off and put them back on. It's hard to find someone that will jump in and help. Both employees were amazing.
