"Edit: based on their response to my review, I wasn't clear, so, to summarize: great shop. I'll come back next time I need tire service. My original post: I've never called an auto shop this before, but they are kinda charming. They put out coloring sheets and crayons which kept my kid occupied. And they explained how they did not over tighten the lugs which, should be a given, but definitely isn't, and when you're stranded by the side of the road, with a kid, and a puny little wrench that came with the emergency jack, is nice. Also they lifted the car up without bending anything - again, should be normal, but, nice. And it sounds like they know their way around TPMS (again...nice)."
