"Just left this pitiful store after being told via phone that they install replacement headlight bulbs for free as a service. I arrived after 12PM as directed and was told they don't provide the service and no one admitted to speaking with me. I hit redial...the store phone rang and the 4 employees just looked at me. So somehow a ghost answered before and told me to come there. So sad and exhausting. Never again!"
