"I took my newborn with fever to the pediatric ER. I’m so glad for everyone who was working with us - they really made sure my baby is cared for, and also that my broken heart is cared for. Everything turned out okay, but looking back the way they do their profession there made a huge difference for us. Nurses, doctors, literally everyone is kind, compassionate, helpful and patient. Thank you!!"

"My 12 month old son had a hard time breathing. His doctor recommended I take him to YALE. We had courteous, helpful and fast valet parking. Upon entering we didn't even wait 1 minute to be checked in (and this was on a Friday night). The staff apologized there wasn't a bed available just yet but we didn't even wait 5 minutes for a room/bed. The nurse, doctors and staff were top notch. I felt that my little guy got excellent care. Thank you YALE!"

"My daughter has come to the emergency room twice in 2 years and the nurses and doctors are amazing. The nurses are so great with children, my daughter didn't feel the iv both times she has been here. They come in to check up on her multiple times. They gave her snack, juice, and a popsicle at discharge. I see that their past reviews haven't been great but I have no complaints about the staff or facility. I'm glad I'm only 13 minutes away and will not hesitate to come back in any emergency."

"Please don’t come here… go somewhere else if possible… they are really poor at ER operation management… I am sitting here for Doctors to show up instead of giving 2 reminders to Nurse. They don’t know what they are doing… they need a good and effective leadership team to manage the most important hospital’s ER. Checked in 8:50pm… got bed around 9:50pm… Doctor came and ordered for X-Ray…10:25 pm XRay was done …12:49 am still waiting for doctor to come and share the results and action plan… i had to call them twice to see where they are but they said they don’t know how long it will take more… was told that Radiologist is not there or they are booked up … they don’t know for sure …however hospital bills will have No Compromise and I am sure about that . Please find some other place who cares about you and your loved one. Sorry.."

"Upon exiting the hospital I had a question to ask.The front desk girl seemed more interested in her phone than to assist. Valet parking was a joke. It took over twenty minutes for my car to be returned to me. I own a luxury vehicle and even noticed the radio settings were tampered with!"
