"With a vaccine appointment we still waited for about an hour. You just sit and wait with no one else waiting, no explanation, and no timeline. What's the point of making an appointment if they won't be prepared for it?"

"Deal with another pharmacy. My same-day RX delivery wasn't shipped out until I called, 2 days after the order, and now because it's a Friday I wouldn't get the medication delivered until Monday. They canceled the order saying I can refill it some place else, but I'd have to fork over another $100 until the refund arrives. This is unreal and very dangerous to be playing with people's meditation like this. Process the damn delivery request and get the medication shipped out, the same day, if you're going to charge me an extra fee; otherwise what exactly am I paying same-day fees for? I'm beyond pissed."
