"I was in the store yesterday and purchased a small bag of M&ms for just about $4. I was asked if I wanted “buy a snack for servicemen”. In the basket were a bunch of granola bars. I don’t pay attention. To the charge because I thought probably a couple bucks. When I looked at my receipt I see that I was charged $4.50 for that one granola bar. How is this a win for anyone other than the merchant. For $4.50 I could buy the servicemen an entire box of granola bars. This is such a scam to increase the merchants sales with an exorbitant mark up. If the merchant cared about getting snacks to servicemen they would do it at cost. This is clearly a scam for the merchants benefit."

"I bought a pink sleeveless Connecticut t shirt here, the price tag said 16.99 it rang up as 9.99.. I thought it was a good deal, but then I felt guilty, not guilty enough to tell the cashier however. Thanks for the deal. Otherwise the drink prices are too high."
