"It is always nice to realize that banking locally means the bank cares about the community…. LOL Of course i figured that was the case before i brought my 4 year old in here because she learned about banks at preschool and wanted to exchange some quarters she had earned for some bills. Mind you just quarters and just a small amount, i was promptly turned away by the teller because we don't bank here. (I bank online with the same bank for years) and was just trying to do something fun with my kid. As I was walking out with a tearful child i figured we could try over at the Local TD Bank (where i also don't bank) they asked the same question but the senior teller immediately laughed and made an exception and they happily exchanged my 4 year olds $6 in quarters for HER. So i ask you, which bank cares more about the community? This occurred at the Ludlow Branch but cross posted to other branches as there is no main page to review"
