"If I could leave a zero I would. We had three policies with Bill, one which State Farm did not renew (completely understandable). However, we never received any notice of such (CT does not require certified mail), until my wife was in an accident. To be fair, CT law does not require an agent to notify you either. However, if you are going to use an agent and pay them a fee, you would hope they would let you know if there was an issue with your policy, especially if they had two others with them. Bill did not contact us, and when I called him to ask why there was no coverage he could not have been any less sympathetic. He said he may have tried to reach us, but could't remember, as he had been very busy with family issues."
