"I was about 5 months pregnant when I moved to CT and needed a new primary. I loved my old primary Dr and was heartbroken to leave but I was absolutely pleasantly surprised when I met Dr Patel. She is awesome. She has made me feel heard and supported through this very medically complicated pregnancy. I feel heard and not like it’s only about my baby - moms matter! Feel very fortunate to have found her!"

"1ast--Nuvance has the worst patient portal I've ever come across. You really can't make an appointment on the portal. I'm old, but had my computer science son sit with me as we tried to make a simple appointment---no way. You just get directed to a phone---in which you are required to go thru the typical decision tree answering path---then you get a desultory agent. the worst. Loved my doctor--Dr. Schwartz."

"Useless office if you don't need immediate care. Need a tetanus shot and was told that my primary care physician is the only person that can do it, however as I currently don't have one will have to travel to hurricane damaged Bahamas for volunteer work without a tetanus shot. Horrible phone manner too by the staff. Recommend to anyone they use another firm."

"Friendly staff, doctors are not very helpful. Went in congested to the point that I cant breathe, eyes watering, sinuses swollen, but for some reason the Doctor couldn’t get past the part of the conversation about my stomach being affected. I explained that I already have a weak stomach and had taken a ton of decongestant, NyQuil and Advil among other things which would upset any normal person’s stomach. The Doctor was fixated on the stomach issues and ended up prescribing anti nausea medication which has been completely useless towards helping this miserable sinus attack. It’s a shorter wait than the Norwalk or Ridgefield urgent care facilities but in my experience with Ridgefield and Norwalk they actually prescribe something the first time, rather than trying to get you to keep coming back for follow up appointments even if you have the same symptoms as your first visit."

"Went this weekend for walk-in immediate health services and received fast, helpful care. During my brief wait, one of the nurses politely asked a patient in the waiting room to wear a mask to cover his cough (which he was not covering on his own), and I was glad to see this policy enforced. It was a comfortable, clean, friendly, and efficiently-run clinic. Highly recommended!"
