"Came in at a really slow time. Four customers quietly working at the the tables. One car in the drive thru, 3 employees working. I stood at the register for a few minutes, one worker came by to grab something at the register in front of me. Absolutely no acknowledgement of my existence. Just needed a warm place to wait out an hour so i ordered on my app. Wow… probably the worst starbucks experience I’ve ever had. Next time I’ll just walk over to whole foods."

"I visited this store on 8/8/23 and waited a little bit to leave this comment because I needed time to process what happened to me at this place. I walked in and there's a kind staff told me to wait patiently because they were busy. I totally understood. I waited for at least 5 minutes and no one came to me. That's okay- I know they were busy. However, a White man walked to the counter and tried to order as well. Less than a minute, another staff came to him and took his order "right away." I was shocked because I came first and waited there for a while. I felt very uncomfortable and said to that staff "I believe I was here first." He looked at me and said nothing- continued taking order from this White man. I felt extremely uncomfortable and this was not okay. I decided to leave this store without ordering and will never go back to this place."

"New store...clean and modern looking....solid service..busy in the morning...alot of yuppies ( Young Urban Professionals) and older customer types........good start to the day...."
