"My boyfriend and I pulled up to the drive through to get breakfast. We usually order through the app but at 10:20 (when breakfast ends at 10:30) the app was saying that “this isn’t available during this time of day” so we went to order through the drive through. The man in the drive through window could not understand english nor could speak english well either so he messed up our order. We had to talk to 5 different employees ,none of which where a manager, to get our order right and waited for 15-20 minutes for just 5 breakfast sandwiches."

"Horrible order a big breakfast never got my hashbrowns then last weekend I was charged 21$ for one reg quarter pounder with cheese meal then to top it off they took my debit card back and played like they gave a me refund too many people that don’t speak English . Rude as hell will never go back"

"Nowhere ever has gotten my order wrong so many times, i basically count on it. Usually i just stop going places like this but I foolishly keep giving them a chance out of convenience of location alone. I order things like "a large fry" and they still get it wrong. I ask for condiments and they say they are in the bag, but they are not in fact in the bag."

"I ordered a large iced coffee with cream only and repeated it four times and got the wrong one I bought it back five times and finally the manager came over to the window and told the waitress the order and they still put hazelnut flavoring into the coffee the manager finally made it herself and it was right.I do not understand what is so hard about making a iced coffee with cream only. This all happened at about 2:30-3:00 in the afternoon and this happens all the time at this location."

"The food is always hot and good, but one step inside this building and you get the sense that there’s no pride. I entered this restaurant at about 3:50 pm on Wednesday May 10th. No welcoming words from any of the personnel, just conversations in the kitchen about their personal lives as they acted as though customers can’t hear them. You really get the sense that there’s no pride in this building when you see how dirty the tables are and how long they stay dirty. 15 minutes into my visit, and still no associates coming out to clean the tables. I came in and updated the review at 4:27 pm, still no cleaning done. It was hard to find a place to sit without feeling disgusted. From the dirty tables to the decrepit furniture and some patrons cursing in the dining room while no employees did anything about it, I can tell nobody that works here cares about their job. Ownership needs to take control and fix this."
