"Great pizza. I stopped in to just get two slices, but they do not sell by the slice. I got a small pizza. $11. It was great."
"On our pizza tour we went here on Saturday night, pizza was very good, not as good as Modern or Pepe's but better than Sally's in the New Haven area. The Pizza Had good taste the sausage was awesome, the wait wasn't too bad! Overall great experience. I will definitely go back!! The place was very busy!! And we got there for 5pm."
"Worth the wait, delicious crust cooked to perfection. Our first time eating here, not sure if we would have ever found it with out our family, was so worth a wait on a Friday night. Super authentic atmosphere, clean, honest, truly good pizza. Escarole and Bean was garlicy, savory and tender and crispy. The ovens were full and, kitchen was buzzing with dine in and carryout business. So happy to have had this experience."
"We went to Zuppardi as the 4th stop of the holy trinity pizza tour, at the recommendation of some local afficienados. Z did not disappoint. The pie was excellent with a sturdy thin crust, although with very little char (we saw other pies come out with char, so I assume I could have ordered "well done" and gotten some), the cheese was tasty and the pepperoni flavorful. Service was clear and professional, and the wait (for takeout) was 45 minutes. The in store line was about 12 deep to be seated for dinner and there was plenty of seating, so I don't think that would be a problem. Overall, tied for #2 for this trip. We will definitely return."
"Rate this in my top 5-6. Excellent pizza. Sauce and topping were perfect. On par with the "holy trinity" and nowhere near the lines. Had a great White Clam w/ Garlic and wife had the mushroom pie. I'm told the sausage pie is something worthy of attention and plan on trying that next time I go. Very friendly staff and wait was minimal given how busy they were."
