"This is a horrible company. They just called me while I'm in the hospital to tell me that they not covering my bill. Because they felt it wasn't necessary. Mind you I have asthma ,COPD and couldn't breathe. PLUS I WAS IN TRAUMA ER... REALLY WAS IT NECESSARY TO CALL ME IN THE HOSPITAL WHILE I CAN'T BREATHE"

"My sister has been without an aide for 2 months. She is wheelchair/bed bound. Her case manager has never come to the house to check on her, The nurse has not been here since before COVID. This company is poorly managed. They have approved her for more hours, but, has not given her aide. Pointless. I can't believe that they allow their patients to be without care. Apparently, Age Well, does not help their patients "age well""

"100 percent run from the company. They do not value the client or the family members. They are professional apologizers. They do not care about your family trust me do not use them. My grandma has been swiped under the rug for 6 months now. Zero follow up and they consistently tell you its being worked on. No one has a clue what's going on nor do they care to help you. Beware save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. If I could of rated zero stars thats what these unprofessional people would get. Months on end with no medical supplies or equipment had to purchase everything out of pocke. The list could go on and on seriously run from this company."

"Honestly, this company doesn’t even deserve a star. They send people without qualifications and who do not take care of the patient. They don’t keep the patient clean. This place needs a lot of investigation with the aides that they hire. I’m very disappointed. We have had nothing but aides mistreating the patient by yelling, screaming at the patients family or the patient itself. They do not provide their own equipment where we have to provide for them which is not considerate of their company. I’m so glad that we are done with this company. I could say so much more."

"The people I spoke with about the problems I'm having are very nice, but apparently can't help me with any expediency. Every doctor on their provider list (and on their website) informs me that they do not accept this plan! I've spent 3 days on the phone trying to get a surgeon for my husband who needs an operation. This should have been resolved with my first call! Even when I had to go to an urgent care center (on the plan) they had no idea who this company was! This is unacceptable, we are doing more phone work for services that we should be getting. I am really concerned for our well being, I am appalled to think what will happen if either of us has an emergency medical situation."
