"In all honesty, this might be the best Starbucks in the area. The consistency in my orders and the welcoming and friendly staff make choosing this Starbucks over others in the area a no-brainer! These barista’s and staff deserve a raise!"

"I go to locations near my home in Newtown, CT and in many states but, the Fairfield Ave in Bridgeport location near work is the absolute worst. I used the app, they get my very simple order wrong or ordered items are missing (2 things a drink and a solid), I go in person, the same thing. They are always too busy chatting with their friends visiting at the shop. Today, simple order, tea & 1 croissant. I got the tea no croissant. I stood there for 5 minutes, no one asked if something was wrong nor greeted me. Finally, I asked for the missing item, no apologies and another long waiting session. Corporate needs to review the videos for that shop. Just because it’s Bridgeport doesn’t mean service should be subpar. I expect the same level of service as in affluent towns, after all, the prices are the same."
