"Let's go out and show love for Wali Kafe. They had downtown lit last night. Nice mixed crowd. The drink prices were reasonable. The Dj was fire. Me and my daughter stopped in to have a drink for her birthday. My margarita was a miss, no sugar or salt on the rim. Very laid back. Go support and check them out."
"Got myself a chicken cheese steak from Wali Kafe for lunch today. I think they use the white chicken from restaurant depot. It has a weird smell to it. Couldn’t swallow it. I am a chicken cheese steak gal, so I went ahead to crown fried chicken in Boston ave and got myself one. It’s so good. I’m enjoying it."
"Wali Kafe is a fantastic addition to downtown Bridgeport! I was immediately interested in their boba milk teas and was so surprised and pleased when they told me I could keep the fancy glass and straw it came in! The straw was a little too small for the boba to come up, but they seem to be aware of that already and looking into changing the straws. I thought they had a great variety on their menu of healthy foods, as well as comfort foods. Breakfast is served all day, so I had an order of the avocado toast, which was flavorful. My fiancé really wanted to try the chopped cheese - ground beef isn’t really my thing, but he loved it! The bread was super fresh that it came on. The Cabo sandwich and garlic parm fries stood out the most and were delicious! I saw some good looking pastries in a case when I walked in, which I was told came from a local bakery. I had the chocolate cream cannoli, which was phenomenal! I just loved the character at Wali Kafe, from the neon sign, to the chalk drawn menu with nods to Bridgeport history, and the many games available. If I lived or worked closer, I would definitely be here more frequently! My one critique is that the music was very, very loud that came from the speaker in front of the door, which I know would distract me if I tried to do work here. Other than that, the owners and staff are super friendly, and I was very happy to visit their relatively new business!"
"10/10!!! such a cozy cafe with a great atmosphere, amazing staff and DELICIOUS food.(they have free wifi too) I ordered the ceaser salad wrap and it was very yummy! definitely going to come here again :)"
