"On 10/29/23 around 8:25pm I went to the drive through and asked for a vanilla bean coolata blended with cinnamon sugar and the woman was so rude and refused to make it for me. Other stores have had no issue making it for me. I definitely won’t be coming back to this store purely based on how I was treated."

"Waited inside while employee had a cigarette and she never came in . We purchased from the chuck side instead. As walking out she just sat there and smirked at us . Horrible customer service."

She left us sitting at the window had time to cool down came back 5 minutes later to let us know she didn't charge and rather had denied us service."

"Can't seem to get coffee right. Client gets a sausage and cheese hold any bread. They don't put in the box they have instead in a sandwich wrap, and when he gets home, cheese is all stuck to paper. He likes to put it on his own wheat bread. It's close to his house, so he'll continue to go there. When I stop for him I'll go to another."

"Cost more to refill small DD travel mug then it does for a small coffee?? Online states the store opens at 4:00 A.M. not today the gal that was working was standing in front of the front doors smoking a cigg. And complaining to the woman working at the gas station about how there lucky she's there. After she walked back inside at 4:05 I drove around to the drive thru box where I waited for an additional 4 minutes, when I proceeded to the window I watched the gal walk in the back to grab her till. She placed it on the counter and opened the window and let me know there not supposed to be open until 4:30 but haven't changed the hours yet. So I replied so you open up at 4:00?? She then asked well what do you want, so I asked for a large hot 8 cream 3 sugars, and a refill 3 creams 3 sugars. When I got home with the coffees neither one of them had sugar inside. # come on DD."
