"The customer service here is terrible. I stopped here at 9pm and the guy with the face mask and long hair overcharged us after trying to use our rewards points and was lazy and refused to reimburse my card for his mistakes. The food here was fresh and nothing wrong with it. Prices are a little on the high end."

"Just called to see if they have soy sauce. Was told very confidently “yes we do.”Apparently they didnt even bother to check because i drove all the way there to find out its not even sold there at all. No accountability, apologies, nothing. Not the first time I have had similar experience (bought an obviously spoiled food item once and had to fight with manager to get money back.) Managers/employees could care less about anything, so I wont be returning."

"The store hours says till 12 AM but they close the store to mop it so you can’t even purchase anything or get gas and the today May 22 at 9:16 they caution tape the whole store off so you can’t even grab an item and purchase it and the cashier will not grab it for you to buy. This is horrible business!! If I was an owner wouldnt want to miss the chance of a sale!!"

"This Cumberland farms gas station always has friendly staff. They do offer sales on convenient items. Lots of parking spots and i really like the variety of hot foods you can order like the pizza or grill items. Always taste good. As a brand Cumberland farms appears to offer more than the other gas stations. The bathrooms are often very clean."
