"Agent did not bind coverage as requested in September of 2021. Got quote for $646.00. Gave them our credit card information. Checked back a few months later to get copy of policy. Was told we had no coverage because the credit card "probably did not work". We are now going to have to pay $2,500 more a year for Flood insurance. Agent will not return my calls or emails. We are paying this additional $2,500 a year for at least the next 10 years. Their mistake is costing us $25,000 over a ten year period."
