"Top notch service I bought my car in for service today and instead of waiting at the shop for hours I was told that there’s a Lyft driver waiting for me outside to drop me home I was speechless then to top that off I received via text a full video of my car mounted in the air with a service tech Christian going over all the stuff that was attended to along with closeup visual explaining all the service that needed to be done and what was already done and wasn’t necessary to get done at this appointment. Absolutely stunning I’ve never experienced this before Toyota has set the bar of expectation very high for me, I’m certainly lookin forward for my next service date knowing that my car will always be in good hands."
"My husband and I went to Toyota service department to get an emergency tire replaced. The service advisor, Dwayne Taylor dismissed us stating he had to go on lunch. This is the second time he shows disregard for a new customers concern. This is unacceptable. My husband had to threaten to talk to the GM in order for us to get the tire situated. On top of all of this, our vehicle is not even a year old. It will be greatly suggested that the service department need an adjustment ASAP!"
"Service process is good, but it seems like they may schedule too many cars at once and the wait times seem to be a bit long, especially when you schedule the 1st time slot of the day, ~2 hours wait feels a biut too long for me."
