"always incredibly slow. i’m taking 30 minutes to get my coffee in the drive thru slow every time. food is usually somehow made wrong. employees are typically more worried about gossip then actually working. one older lady there is always sweet and the only good one. it’s now worth it to drive 8 mins out of the way to Putnam dunkins."

"Entered drive through at 5:20 pm on a Saturday and was ignored. After a couple of minutes and no answer went inside. Order a raspberry watermelon refresher and got green tea with raspberry. Also wanted a hot chai with a shot of espresso. Was told couldn’t be done because they were busy cleaning the machine. They should be cleaning because the place was filthy. Never coming back."
"Always fast and polite, only problem I have is that they’re just too busy on weekends. If you go on weekends it might be faster to just go in. I always order ahead on app and wait at least 5 min to head there. Gotta give them time to get everything ready. Otherwise it’s perfect."
