Reviews
"You're lucky to get a order made half enjoyable without an attitude."
"Donuts have shrunk to one size above a cheerio and the staff ignores you until you speak up at the counter"
"They had absolutely nothing I asked for. lol, I miss the days when things were made right there on site"
"I understand that Today is Christmas and this is only place was opened. But even though they were busy or had a little trouble to get a communications each other, they should treat their customers kindly. but she didn't, and I felt bad all day about the way they treated me."
"I visited here on 2/27 around 9pm ordered large Macha Latte. As soon as she handed the drink to me and it was very light. And this is what I got. Literally 1/4 or 1/3 is empty. I am usually okay with cup not filling full because of foam. But this was not right. I asked her its not full. She said thats how they make it without apology. Believe me. I have been going this dunkin and other locations more than 10years and this is first time I saw cup is served empty like this. And this is my first time posting review regarding dunkin. I didnt post any review even the hot chocolate tasted like water. And she said she can make it another one but it will be same. I asked her I dont need new one and all I need is jusy fill up the rest with steamed milk and macha powder. Of course she made a new one same amount as the one she already gave me. I took it and when I tasted, both lattes were so bitter I had to go back again and asked for sugar. Either she doesn’t know how to measure milk and powder or she is using wrong size of cup to measure."
