"Had one of my worse days yesterday ordering food for my office online, one of the items listed was not available to order, when calling I could not understand the person, after picking up my food there were several items listed, had to go back several times to retrieve my missing food orders, I recommend not ordering online, or over the phone, food is overpriced and not so tasty, coffee is great."

I brought it to the counter, and the staff member apologized. I decided to order a coffee, thinking they might offer it as a courtesy, but I was charged seven dollars for it. I expected better customer service, especially after spending $17 on the watery bowl. It’s essential to ensure your team is trained to provide a more professional response in such situations. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to give this rating. I hope improvements can be made"
