"The best Chinese food in Westchester, and this after trying out half a dozen. They also have some unique dishes on the menu compared to the standard fare. Flavors are not salt/sweet/oil saturated. Prices are very reasonable as a bonus."
"Hygiene is the worst I've ever seen! Food delivery didn't arrive for a long time, starving to death! Allergic and sick after eating! From the call to purchase until the food arrived, the operator said 30 minutes, but in the end made me wait for two and a half hours, they have no apologies, and it is too disappointing to me!"
"Never used before twice a week wife and I are in this area and have been searching for Chinese food for years. So far the best David Chen Armonk. I placed a pick up order walked in and the place dirty floor is disgusting. The hot and sour was tasteless, the egg roll dry tasteless, the Tso I should have known the chicken was compressed into chicken balls tasteless. The need for take out food is in high demand and the owners of most of these take outs know that this generation can't boil water or fry and egg. Don't waste time going to college open up a fast food place."
