"This place is amazing!!! So happy a boba place finally came to Groton. The service was quick and the staff was so friendly! We got the mango shaved ice, brown sugar boba and taro glazed croffle. All of these items were delicious and I’m definitely coming back!"
"The food and tea are delicious. Super friendly staff and great atmosphere! Definitely a recommend !"
"The bubble teas were delicious! My favorites were the Matcha milk tea, Taiwan milk tea with boba and Taro milk tea with lychee popping boba. The sugar levels were perfect (100% for matcha and 50% for taiwan and taro). The bobas were a bit hard when I ordered on their opening day and service was a bit slow. They were very apologetic for the delay. I went back the next day and the bobas were the perfect chewiness and service was fast. I did notice some items like Hong Kong milk tea were advertised on their webpage but they weren't available to order online. It's their first week so I hope they work out the small kinks. Definitely give this place a try! I will be back for more bubble tea and to try their waffle ice cream treats!"
"I stopped by Minn Cha for a boba tea while I was out today. I had seen the sign for the location a month earlier and was eagerly awaiting the opening because there isn't anywhere around us that's a dedicated boba shop. I ordered a Taro tea w/ 50% sweetness and it was perfectly made and balanced! The tapioca pearls were cooked to the perfect chewiness without being overdone or still hard right in the center. The owner recommended trying one of their chaffles -a croissant waffle, and I'm so glad she did! I ended up going with one that was topped with powdered sugar, vanilla ice cream, and fresh grated sharp cheddar! It may sound a little weird, but it was honestly a perfect sweet and savory balance. Their menu also features Asian shaved ice, and other chaffles options, a long with fruit teas, milk teas, and frozen blended drinks. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and it's really nice seeing a business like this in the area. I can't wait to stop in again with friends or just order something to pick up for myself!"
"When packed with a lot of people the speed of service can be slow. The food is delicious. Loved it."
