"Every time I go there I order the same latte and toasted bagel and the they hand me a an ice coffee with no espresso, Even though they charge me for espresso. The bagel is never toasted or even warm for that matter. I’ve given up making them correct their mistakes since an employee told me directly “if I don’t like it I can go elsewhere.” I tried again today after months of not going and nothing has changed. I highly recommend going to a different store or company all together."

"Decent coffee Update January 24 2024: The ice coffee lately has a nasty taste and for some reason they put very little ice in them. Which melts in 20 minutes. This is the closest Dunkin to me so this sucks. 4 dollars for something i end up throwing away. The staff there is great, but someone has to look into this."

"Biggest Dunkin' Donuts have seen in a while. So much Elbow Room. All that floor space and only a handful of tables spread out, There was so much empty space it could have passed as a dance floor. Plus 2 little cushioned arm-chairs w a tiny table off to the side, like a lounge. Never saw anything like it; twas pretty cool!"

"Worst customer service ever one employee took my card for payment and promptly ran off without completing my transaction. The employee who did complete my transaction was not only rude but kept asking me to repeat my order. Not only that he insisted on touching the top of my coffee cup several times. Hey buddy I’m gonna be drinking from that lid you mind keeping your hands and ungloved fingers off it!!!!"

"The manager says she won’t give out ice waters which I think is ridiculous I’ve never had an issue with getting ice water. I was even willing to pay for it too. I don’t understand. I even asked if I could buy bottled water and get a cup of ice. But no. It’s 90 degrees out. Very disappointed"
