"I placed a mobile order today at 10.43 am, just 4 items. When I went to the drive thru pickup and came home, I found out that one of the items that I placed order was missing. This is not the first time it’s happening. It happened multiple times. This is not acceptable. Please train your employees to double check before they give the food to the customer. And the employees in this Dunkin’ Donuts keep changing very often. So that the reason for my 1 star rating."
