Bathrooms locked perceivable because they pre determine anyone buying coffee is a drug addict … so because it’s a Hartford Dunkin isn’t that racial profile I’m white so am I just perceived as a drug addict .then I was told I couldn’t hold the key to the bathroom that was given to me and the bathroom was disgusting trashed and the toilet was dirty no one had done the floors"

"There's always a huge line in the mornings, people getting food who will ask you for money while you wait in your car. Never got my food."

"Horrible service. Hot coffee should be hot and not too ice cold! Bring it up to the manger and he has a bad attitude, didn’t give a damn. Two of the staff making the coffee didn’t give damn that they made the coffee wrong! Go to another dunking until the employees receive remedial training!"

"Horrible experience. No other customer was in there when I showed up, and I was ignored by the 2 employees at the front. The cashier then came up to the register and proceeded to buckle up her pants while simultaneously taking my order. I ordered a hot decaf coffee and paid. After payment, the cashier then said they were out if decaf. They wouldn’t brew a fresh pot and said I could get caffeinated coffee instead. I can’t drink caffeine, so they went to give me a refund. None of them knew how to give me a refund, so they said I’ll have to come back in the morning (this was at 5:30pm and they close at 7pm). I gave them my money and left empty handed."
