"This was my first time at the this location and it was a phenomenal experience. I typically go to the one in Southington, but they were closed by the time I got there. The Berlin location is top tier! The cleanliness, hospitality & quality of that place is insane. I really enjoyed everything about it. "I am happy to come on here and share my experience about “this” location. I have been shaking here since the old location where I first met Toni. She has been holding it down, continuously making this a happy, welcoming environment. This is important to keep a business running as customer service is very important to me. Toni and her team are always considerate and personable. It is to a point now that if Toni is present i do not have to say what i want, she just confirms that it’s the regular, and she’s on it!!! Always consistent! I have visited one other location which cannot be compared to Berlin/Newington. This location is unmatched!!! Thank you for your continued service throughout this unusual, global pandemic. Can’t forget about Sam, another person who makes my shake perfectly!!"

"Decided to stop and try a peanut butter cookies and cream bite size shake. The presentation was cute, but I felt the shake lacked flavor. There were bits of peanut butter and chocolate swirls, but it tasted like vanilla with a subtle hint of chocolate/peanut butter. I will have to try another flavor to see if my opinion changes"

"I usually order via drive through however I decided to step inside today . The inside is very clean and welcoming plus the staff members are always friendly . The shakes are really good and don’t have a powdery or weird after taste like other shakes I’ve tried ."
