"I love this Starbucks let me just say you have some amazing employees all of them have the best customer service skills and lately it’s so hard to find."
"Great service by student worker, but they are not allowed to have a tip jar!! As an alumni visiting I would love to help out a college student with a nice tip. What's up Starbucks?! Every other Starbucks has a tip jar...."
"My favourite place in Uconn! If you are a international student (like me) and don’t speak English and want to go, don’t be afraid. Everybody here are very kindness and will help you! Enjoy! ☕️"
"The staff here have always been very polite and helpful, and it is worth noting that they are full-time students so they do come in hourly whenever they can. I’m not a coffee critic or anything, I’m just here to get some caffeine in my system, not to get fussy over my brew. All the drinks I’ve had here (mocha, cold brew, iced tea) have been great, and note that if you ask for a refill (if you’re hanging out there for a while doing homework or something) it’s only like 54 cents. I am a current UConn student."
"Very slow service, confused student employees, and frequently unavailable items. The store layout is a problem, and it looks like the store does not have a permanently present manager or employee, but relies on hourly student employees. The store layout is such that employees have to go behind all other employees to get into the storage room to check on an item. They should have placed the cashier at the condiments station so the line grows towards the bank and restrooms, and all coffee and beverage making should be near the storage room. It is just a mess to order something here!!!"
