"I have been to a number of dunkin's. This is the worst I have ever been to. I was there for a mobile order and the lady at the window bashed at me saying that I should have waited for a bit at the order station to give my order info. I had shouted I had a mobile order at the ordering station but no response. I have been to other dunkin's but they kindly hand in my order after saying my name. There is no point in ordering ahead at this particular dunkin. Very disapointed."
"I ordered hot vanilla chi tea and it tasted sour and watered down. The breakfast wrap of eggs and sausage was greasy and cold as were the hash browns. Service was great even when I requested refund for the undeniable tea."
