"Get charged a diff price everytime I go. Last night I was charged over $5 for a medium hot chocolate, half of it coffee. That is half of a hot chocolate, half of a coffee. Normally places will.charge me the more expensive drink, the hot chocolate, which is absolutely reasonable. Per "the franchise owner", we are to be charged for both/double as if I'm getting two medium drinks. I declined after being there earlier the same day, paying $3.00 and change. So I drove down the street to a much cleaner, nicer dunkin, for 3 bucks."

"Its the only dunkin within walking distance so its all I've got. I always order ahead on the app so it should always be ready by the time I walk into the store (it takes 5 minutes to walk there) and usually they will just have it on the shelf near the drive thru window, not even the mobile order shelf where I can just pick it up and leave. I have to sit and wait for someone to get to me while I literally watch the cold foam melting into my iced coffee. Sometimes ill stand there for like 7 minutes. Staring at my drink. Watching the cold foam disappear. That stuff only last a few minutes and I paid almost an extra dollar for it to melt. While I was right there. Thats my only complaint really but by now I don't even need to say anything and they will just give me my coffee and say "sage?" Then im like "yes." I've been going to this dunkin for years, and although the team may be a bit dysfunctional at times, they still get my coffee right every time (minus reminding them to put cold foam which they are always very nice about) The worker Steven is great too, he's my mom and Is personal favorite but there is also this pretty girl with piercings that I like too."

"I used to love dunkin until I started using their app and ordered things to then find out they are unavailable. Also they are very inconsistent with the quality and taste of their frozen coffee line. You never know what your going to get, and I have tried just about every dunkin in the area and it's a 50/50 chance you get a frozen thats made correctly. And they don't ever use the drizzles like they show in the picture they advertise with. No drizzle on inside of cup or on top. Get your ducks in a row dunkin and focus more on training please."

"Am a regular costumer at this store and its been a few days that i ask for coffee and this one lady always with attitude this morning they charge me the wrong order and this nice lady told me she was gonna ask the chief leader and that lady was very unprofessional screaming at the other employee giving me attitude about to change store never going against VERY Unprofessional Employees Felt bad for the nice lady working there"
