"GM is horrible to the employees & managers ! She is never there and when she is she just makes everything harder and worse on everyone. This store needs a new boss asap. She threatens everyone with a termination just cuss she isn’t happy with something but doesn’t wanna do anything herself! just ridiculous. Hope employees find better"

"It used to be decent. It's a terrible experience since it's been remodeled. It feels like a cold dentist office waiting room and the orange hi C is so watered down it's disgusting just like the rest of the food... every bun is soggy and dripping with grease and the fries are always cold."

"The food was good but the staff seemed inconvenienced by you coming to order in the drive thru. If they don't like their job, they should go somewhere else for employment or where they don't deal directly with the public. Customer service skills are a MUST for any customer service job."

"First and foremost, this restaurant is absolutely filthy. I just visited for breakfast, first thing at 8a.m. and the restaurant floors, tables, benches, seats, drink area, and especially the children's play area is dirty and unclean. There is dirt and debris, food , dried sauces, and dried liquids everywhere in plain sight (my pictures don't do it justice) . Keep in mind, this is at 8am, a time near opening, when it should be CLEAN. If this is how this McDonald's keeps the state of their dining area, I can only imagine how much worse it is behind the counter. I will specifically not be coming back to this location for the sole reason of how unreasonably gross it feels in the inside. The only reason for 2 stars is for the nice service we received."
