"This Dunkies is way off the charts with inconsistencies. Some times the staff is rude, other times they are super friendly. I've been charged for stuff just to have the order screwed up and other times its absolutely perfect. Another thing with this place is they ALWAYS seem to be "out" of stuff. And then they have a serious problem with people just hanging out. Makes it pretty uncomfortable to go in to a place and not know if the people are there enjoying a coffee with friends or just trying to get out of the elements. Now I have absolutely no problem buying someone less fortunate a coffee or something to eat but when I get out of my car and am hit up for money that's an issue. And lastly their drive through is the worst. I don't care when you go its always backed up overflowing into the cvs lot. I dont know about anyone else but I liked it back the way it used to be before they built the building separate from the plaza. But that was many many years ago. Overall not terrible but not great."

"Stopped to grab a couple sandwiches on the way to drive my wife to work. We pre-ordered on the app. When we got there, they told us they did not have Any plain bagels left, and offered to make her sandwich on a cinnamon raisin bagel. She Told them to cancel the order and left. After I dropped her off at work, I stopped back to get my refund. I was told she didn’t know how to do it And to come back tomorrow. She said the manager didn’t allow them to give refunds, and there were no managers on duty. After patiently trying for over 5 minutes to get my refund, I explained I wasn’t leaving without my refund. To which she replied “ OK I’ll just call the cops” And did. She also told the police I was swearing and threatening her. Fortunately, I recorded the entire incident. At no point Did I swear, Threaten, or even slightly raise my voice. And I Played the video for the police. I reached out to corporate, who supposedly contacted the owner, that I have yet to hear from. Google will not let me post the entire video which is over five minutes long."
"Pulled up to the drive thru after waiting in line for 15 minutes. Kept saying hello but got no answer but giggles and laughter coming over the speaker. After the 3 cars ahead were served I got frustrated and pulled up to the window. I recognize the guy at the window. It was the same associate that said "all that sugar isn't good for your health" during my previous visit. He was laughing. I told him I was there for a long time but wasn't getting a response over the speaker just hearing him laughter. He said "our head sets work when they want too". He then walked away while I was speaking to him and started making a drink. A young lady approached the window to assist me but he shouted something across the room. I didn't hear so I asked her to repat what he said. She said "he said you need to rejoin the line because we cannot take your order at the window". He then moved her aside to take over and insisted I rejoin the line. After I refused and insisted over 10 times to be served he give in and did my order. He was very rude and insulting."
"Placed a mobile order for one dozen donuts - I carefully selected every one. They handed me the box that was ready when I arrived to the drive thru window. When we opened the box and found that they were someone else's order (not our selection - not even close), we told them they were wrong. They took them back, even though they had been passed into our car and opened by us! (ICK - Who's car have our donuts been in?) We then had to tell them our selection and when they were done, they sarcastically showed them to us and asked "Is this better?" before passing them to us."
