"My partner and I arrived about 15 mins ago and we see these hard workers and they looked very tired. We joked around with them to find out they were short staffed and then we see the manager walk out as these guys are working there buts off day “thank you for staying to help ……” that manager should’ve stayed and helped her team . They looked absolutely drained . Do better like they are, Update: we got a peppermint coffee waiting for a while and then we told the barista and he instead of making a new one just put ICE ON THE coffee estentially it was melted . We had a really busy packed day and we were looking forward to this so much. We understand the frustration was towards being low staffed as he said but it was also very fustratijg for us but we WENT TO DUNKIN AND GOT A BETTER AND MORE HOSPITABLE EXPERIENCE:) so if you find your coffee isn’t good there go across the street"

"This Starbucks is amazing! My mom had picked up starbucks for me and i called because i thought they gave me the wrong size. Danny was so helpful he told me to come back in when I could and they would straighten it out. Come to find out after research they did give me the right size so I called back and spoke to Danny again and apologized. Long story short this starbucks has always been good to me Danny was so nice and helpful. I can’t see myself using any other starbucks."

"A wonderfully sweet girl behind the counter asked me how my day was going. Not wanting to hold back I told her exactly how my day was going, and the girl recognized that I was having a bad day and paid for my coffee. They have a very friendly staff there so always make sure you tip your barista."
