"You people have the audacity to let people go to thefront of the drive thru if they order off the app.This is discrimination against all the people not breaking the law when they are on thier phones will operating a motor vehicle.Hopefully you will lose your franchise."

"Every time I order the Snackin’ Bacon and explicitly request it to be freshly made, I’ve consistently received cold or reheated burnt bacon. As a loyal customer, I value the quality of the products, and this experience has been disappointing. I had to stop coming for a while and thought I’d try again and I asked for freshly cooked bacon not the one sitting and I still got cold bacon that you can clearly tell was sitting and wasn’t made freshly like I asked. It wasn’t even warm. I can understand if there was a line of people but there wasn’t."

"don’t even know where to start, this place is disgusting internally and externally. only 16 yr olds working here , and very unprofessional manager, doesn’t do anything, mistreats and overworks minors. so much cross contamination happening here, someone is bound to have an allergic reaction eating here. do better"

"I always go to this Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s the closest one to my office and horse. Lately I’ve been going and they mess up my coffee or order. Today they forgot to give me my coffee and when I asked they were still making it so I had to wait. Then when I opened my loaded hash brown bag there was no napkins or fork. How am I supposed to eat that without a fork. Do better Dunkin’ Donuts."

"Trash Dunkin had to go back because they didn't put extra cheese on my sandwich but charged me for it and when I got the *fixed* sandwich they used the wrong cheese. Every time I've been here they mess up the order can't even get the right doughnut."
