"Coffee always burnt tasting, don't get sugar half the time, I guess they are also always out of caramel because they don't put it in EVER. Food is meh, half the time not even super warm, bad portion sizes/things sloppily thrown together. There's like one or two nice/polite people working there sometimes, the rest are untrained, don't care, or have something going on at home :eyeroll:"

"Ordered a pancake wake up wrap and coffee. Received a pancake, a sausage and a folded slice of American cheese at the bottom of the bag (no egg). Called for a refund a few times but straight to a full voicemail box. Workers were also not very friendly."

"Unable to follow instructions. Received soggy hash browns and omelette bits that were cool to touch going through drive thru. Went into store to have them correct. No apology for the inconvenience and once again received soggy hash browns. I guess you get what you get with people in these jobs. They’re not invested in the success of the store and it shows. Won’t be returning."

"Tied as the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. The only people ever working are kids who are always slow and don't care about their jobs, and they give plenty of attitude when told there's something wrong with order (which happens every other time we go there). Many times we've gone here (always mobile pickup) and spend 10 minutes (not an exaggeration) waiting for our food or drinks to come out even on a day that isn't remotely busy, and if we politely ask where our stuff is we've been ignored or they rolled their eyes at us or said it should be there but it's been sitting somewhere else behind the counter the whole time. Bacon is frequently way undercooked, donuts and bagels are often very noticeably stale, and most of the time they don't bother to stir any drinks at all. The only thing stopping us from going somewhere else is that the other two nearby Dunkin are nightmares to get out of, and the Starbucks parking lot is ten times worse."

"I wish I could rate this restaurant a zero. Unfortunately I cannot. The service at this particular Dunkin is subpar. Take a look at the picture I'm adding in here. They couldn't even bother to take the paper off the cheese. It's not real complicated and they're not really cooking anything they're just warming it up. I reported this to customer service and although corporate said the store would contact me, the franchise owner couldn't be bothered to contact me at all. I will never be going to this Dunkin ever again. I suggest no one frequents this restaurant."
