Reviews
"Decent Starbucks. Baristas were attentive but lacked enthusiasm and friendly engagement that I typically associate with Starbucks baristas. I asked for a side of cream, which they provided me, but they filled my Venti only about 2/3 full to make sure I had room for cream. I had to go back and ask them to top it off."
"Never had an issue with this location. The staff is friendly and take pride in their coffee making skills. Also, they speak kindly about each other in a supportive way which is nice to see."
"The manager and staff have always been very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating and make me feel like a valued customer. They have gone above and beyond to prepare custom drinks and if anything is wrong with any drink they have always made it right. It is nice to see that people still understand customer service and don't act like you owe them something."
"This was supposed to be a good review, but it isn't and it needs to be made. Went to the Starbucks in Shelton to use a gift card I received from a customer for Christmas. The app was easy to use and I sent my order over the app and drove my way over. Parking was nice, building was nice, easily picked up my coffee and small snack and I was o my way. Unfortunately my coffee turned out to be very bad. It was quite watery and had little to no flavor. I ordered a caramel macchiato with while milk. I was excited to try it from Starbucks as I like the chocolate macchiato k-cups I use at home and thought they'd taste similar with the obvious difference being the caramel. Unfortunately it wasn't even close even on a coffee scale with no additional flavors. So paid about 5 dollars and drank about 3 sips before giving up and just waiting until I got home to drink something else. Also the taste made my stomach turn like they used non whole milk. Whatever the case I'll go back one day, but I think I'll stick with my k-cups."
