"I will keep it short and sweet: this is the best food I have eaten in the valley, ever. The lamb rigatoni is nothing short of exceptional. In addition to clearly fresh menu selections, the cocktails are incredible, as is the bartender. Andi is a gifted mixologist and is ready to make both signature cocktails and inventive concoctions knowing just your spirit of choice. My husband and I enjoyed talking shop with him about the many exclusive and delicious whiskeys and bourbons on the bar, and were delighted to hear his passion for the restaurant come through as he spoke with us. Normally I would conclude here by saying you should go check it out. I’ll do one better by saying you’d be missing out if you didn’t. Go. It’s sure to make your wife’s night, just like it made mine!!"

"I had dinner here with my sister, nephew and brother in law tonight and have to say I was underwhelmed. Had the ravioli, and the sauce just didn’t taste like real Italian, and the calamari was just ok but did not care for the dip which was essentially dressed up mayonnaise. The sticky toffee pudding for dessert was also just ok but nothing spectacular. Didn’t have much of a toffee flavor, just very sugary. TBH I felt overall like I could have made better at home. But the atmosphere and service were good. Overall for the price, the value just wasn’t there. However, my sister who also reviewed this place gave it a stellar writing. Maybe she just got them on a better day last month but sadly it somewhat missed with me."

"We had a wonderful dining experience at Morea last night. The ambiance was beautiful and when we walked in we were greeted with smiles as we were taken to our table. We started off with the calamari and it was so delicious. It was perfectly fried and tasted fresh and a nice portion was given. For the main courses my son had a kids cheeseburger and fries. He absolutely loved it and ate every bite. I got the dill salmon entree and the salmon was cooked perfectly with the most delicious dill sauce on top. I had sautéed spinach as a side. My husband had a steak which he thoroughly enjoyed. One of the owners Andi was very friendly and welcoming. He insisted that dessert was on the house and we thought this was such a nice gesture. My husband had the sticky toffee cake and he said it was out of this world. I had the tiramisu and it was equally as delicious. Wonderful customer service, delicious food, and a nice warm and cozy environment. We will definitely be back soon!"

"HONEST REVIEW FROM A FOODIE… first let me start by saying I went first on a Wednesday at 1700 then on a Friday at the same time, one slow & one busy day. Let me tell you I’m a very good cook & baker, I’m almost 50 and been doing it since I could walk, we are huge foodies, I travel the country in the world eating…I KNOW WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT… Atmosphere/ambience…yes, it’s beautiful and nicely done since the old restaurant, second nicest place in town for that. Service… all the men were pretty nice both times, except this time our waiter should have done something for us, the first time we were here we were taken care of because of the mishaps. I didn’t wanna leave a tip, but we did because for the most part, it wasn’t the waiters fault, but he should have done some thing and talked to the head chef for the manager about the numerous problems we had. Drinks… my husband, and I do not drink alcohol, but we did have other drinks. I had a Shirley Temple, for some reason this time it did not come with a cherry or anything, I saw other people get them, and they got a cherry. Last time I got a cherry. I know this is minor, but not with everything else that happened. It’s all about consistency, I was very disappointed in the lack consistency with both visits and our whole time there. Food… if you look at most of the reviews, most of it is on the ambience, service, and the drinks and bar. This is a seriously honest review from someone that knows food very well. We have tried most on the menu, all appetizers and six of the dinners, 4 deserts. The fried calamari is my second favorite in the state, I have to give them that. But both times I asked for the cherry peppers on the side, they put them on top, and it did add spice to the calamari, which I can’t have. After six times of trying the tuna tartare, which is great, my husband’s came without the sauce on the tuna, it was very clear that it had no sauce, and it was very bland without it. We did return it, and I waiter did not apologize. The crispy wontons that come with it, or very badly burnt, I do have pictures. In the avocado mash, I got the end stem, which was very large of an avocado, I almost broke my tooth on it, that should not happen in a nice restaurant. I can picture what Gordon Ramsay would have done. This time my husband had the hanger steak which was cooked. Perfect, he asked for the vegetables on the side, and they did not put it on the side. I got the sole francaise… I am not kidding when I say this, it was the worst one I’ve ever had in my entire life. I’ve had many times as many restaurants and I have also cooked it. It was like they used oil instead of butter, you could not taste wine at all, and there was no lemon flavor to it at all. Absolutely horrible and nauseating. Mashed potatoes were OK but no seasoning. The vegetables needed some kind of seasoning or something on them, bland. Desert… my husband had the crème brûlée, which I make all the time, and I know how it should be done. It was pretty blah, and the whole entire thing was very cold. I had the chocolate flourless cake for the second time, everything on the dish was lacking in different from the first time I had it. The cake on the plate was the only thing that was the same. This time it was missing the strawberry and the ice cream, and it was a mess served to me, they rushed our entire meal. Like I said, it’s about consistency and a restaurant like this should take more pride in their work, at least fix it for a customer or do something for them if you mess up. Some of the photos are from when I went this past Wednesday and some order from today, Friday."
