"Every single time I come here and ask for a bagel with cream cheese they always put little to nothing on. I started asking for extra which is an additional charge and they still put nothing on it. My drink is always made wrong and the wait time is more than 5-10 minutes even when there's nobody here. I have to drive around to a completely different dunkin to avoid the poor service here."
