"Went in for my birthday drink the store ran out of the sugar cookie flavor I was recommended to try the chestnut praline it was wonderful. Staff was friendly open to questions and helping eachother out with everything. The whole place was well organized and I saw several barista cleaning between orders which was a very great experience."
"If someone is physically at your store, you should make their food first. I waited for 10 minutes yesterday and watched as the person at the food station made multiple mobile orders who's tickets came in *after* I made my order at the counter. I know getting flooded with mobile orders is stressful, but me having to pay for a sandwich and then not get it because I can't stand there and be late to work while you make mobile orders before mine, is more stressful."
