"Nice place, great service with a large selection of menu items. Remember to check out the specials on the board outside or by the register. My wife had avocado & egg salad sandwich, which is one of her favorites. It's small and has only a few tables and a small counter, but it is comfortable. Many customers order take out. The price for lunch was very reasonable; $17 for 2 sandwiches. I spent more on a few of their deserts for take out. There is plenty of parking in a rather nondescript strip mall. Once you are inside you easily forget that you are on the busy main road."

"First heard about this place from a holistic and naturopathic doctor. Quaint coffee shop with great selection of food, shakes and organic coffee. They have gluten free desserts and vegan meals. Enjoyed their pistachio coffee, their salmon wrap in their specials menu while my husband enjoyed his latte and his turkey + bacon + egg + Gouda + cheese in multi grain roll. We also tried their vegan “power ball” and liked it. Have recommended it to friends already. Will go back."

"What a sweet, cozy spot! Wish I had discovered it when I still lived in CT, but now I know the spot to visit when I come back. Wonderful menu; wanted to try everything, but ended up with the vegan tempeh, avocado, arugula, cranberry sandwich. Delicious and I'm not even vegan. Met the owners, couldn't be nicer and we had a lovely conversation, even after I nearly destroyed their Xmas tree trying to sit down at my table."
