"I was an 19 year old new driver and thought going to an agency would be a good move. From the beginning it was nothing but problems. I was signed up for discounts that I was not eligible for after giving all my driving information. Then once the insurance realized I was not eligible I was then back charged for the coverage that had already passed. After talking on the phone with the agent I was told this was all going to be taken care of and that they apologize for the mistake. I was transferred to a new insurance company and everything was fine for a year until I got a new vehicle and went to go cancel the old policy. I was told that all I needed to do was sign the cancellation email and they wouldn't bill me for the next month. After not receiving the paper I called nationwide directly after working all day and the insurance agent being closed. I was told by Nationwide that it was too late to cancel and not be billed for the next month. So now here I am with a car sitting in my yard and insurance covering it for the next month."
