Reviews
"Disgusting food. I asked for fresh fries when I pulled through the drive thru. They gave me cold fries. The chicken tasted like it sat all day and was reheated. Nothing was edible. I will not being giving this location my business ever again. I wish I would have read the reviews before going."
"This are the most unprofessional people I ve seen in fast food industry. As expensive as they are; they are good to take your cash but when they have to give you a refund because of the fault of an untrained personal they will give the excuse that they can’t give you cash refund and you have to come in the morning"
"I ordered 5 drumsticks, opened the box at home only to find wings, breasts—no drumsticks. This is the second time this has happened. Always check your order before you leave, especially late nights."
"Don't get me wrong, the food is good, but dang, why are they so expensive. I get the shrimp bucket meal, it's like 7-8 bucks or whatever... it's too much for the little I get. And can a sista get a suitable amount of tarter sauce!? Fries and biscuits are bomb. You won't choke on their biscuits like with kfc. I love pecan pie but wish they served it warm. My mom loves the sweet tea.. always gets the gallon. update: they don't even sell the pecan pie anymore, which is bummer. i like their apple pies though, they are very mildly sweet. almost UNdessertlike. i went the other day, and still- why don't they have tartar sauce!? my review was 3yrs ago and still the same problem. If you gonna sell fish, have tartar sauce on deck. I guess most go for chicken so they don't get the complaint often, but i don't eat chicken. i go there for shrimp or fish sandwich. also, it never fails, when i go to the drive thru, i say the first item i want and they are quick to ask, 'will that be all?' 'no i also need...' 'ok will that be all?'....like let me finish my order, i will tell you when i'm done!"
"Rice and beans was hard and dry, chicken was hard and dry and kinda burnt, taste like someone left it out for a while and reheated it...if I can give it no stars I would! Never again! Also ordered the meal and they ran out of biscuits and didn't even ask if we wanted anything elses"
