"I see these people swapping bags of mail on the sides of our roads... packages are not delivered and the carrier lies about why they are not delivered. Certified mail is not delivered, and the carrier lies, fraudulently reports upon the little orange or pink card "nobody home to sign" etc. She is a bigot, a liar, a thief and a tremedous liability to the town and to the USPS. So are her superiors who work only to coverup her crimes."

"On 12/18/20, I asked my wife to purchase tracking on a letter at the post office. She was misled by the post office worker and was charged $7.20 for “priority overnight” which was not what I, nor she, wanted. She paid it anyway after being told it was her “only option.” It is now 12/19/20, and I have tracking number on the receipt from her transaction but now usps.com has literally no tracking information available, despite the fact that it was supposed to be delivered today. Now I have paid $7.20 for a service I didn’t want, and can’t even use the tracking # provided to clarify or confirm the delivery. USPS swindled us, and this is unacceptable."

"Waited a month for a package and on its delivery date, I got an update saying “in transit arriving late”. The package should have been here after 1 maybe 2 weeks! Why have I waited a month and STILL NOT GOTTEN IT?"
