"I have had the same address for 28 years and they always send my packages back to the sender because they cannot locate us. They do not attempt to call for directions and do not provide a way to communicate verbally. Extremely poor shipping company."

"This delivery service brought my package to someone’s house when I clearly stated that the address was a business! Now apparently they have it and saying they are holding on to it at the warehouse and to contact them but the only way to do that is through email and i doubt I’m even talking to a person! I cannot find my package nor find anyone to talk to. I may as well kiss the clothing I ordered goodbye."

"Absolutely the worst delivery company in history. Out of the three products I purchased online for which they were responsible for delivery, I received none! It's astonishing how they fail to instruct their delivery personnel on basic bell-ringing etiquette. What's the point of carelessly tossing the package around the corner and snapping a picture? This approach fails to demonstrate any commitment to fulfilling their responsibilities. On all three occasions, when my orders were purportedly delivered, they ended up being either handed over to someone else or outright stolen. They might take a snapshot of the "delivery," yet they neglect the fundamental courtesy of ringing the bell or giving a simple knock on the door to communicate. Astonishingly, I was present at home during all three instances, but upon receiving notifications from the store (usually the following day), the products had mysteriously vanished. This company, without a doubt, has been nothing but a source of disappointment."

"My package said it was attempted and soon as I received that notification I came down to see if the person was still outside to get my package , which was literally no longer than a min , when the driver could have left my package outside the door , plus they mentioned they don’t call or attempt to reach customer in regards to their package. What type of delivery company that don’t reach out to the customer besides the USPS. Now I’m having to wait a whole week just to get my package redelivered that’s already sitting at their facility that CANT be redelivered to me tomorrow . Poor service , definitely need to update on how they reach out to customers , they can reach out to say your package was attempted but not to contact you in regards of the delivery ."

"Every box of produce I receive has had issues (Misfit Market orders). It’s been dropped off at the wrong apartment; placed way too closely to the front door so I can’t even open my screen door to bring the box inside; boxes have had holes, been split open, or crushed in places. The pictures included are from yesterday, 9/22/2021. I had more but deleted them. The only positive is the boxes arrive on time."
