"HOLY COW! I cannot say enough good things about the Farmingdale TForce Terminal/On Time Trucking. I may not have much faith in TForce, but I do with this NY terminal. Tracy, Nancy, and Christine were very attentive and made what seemed like an impossible delivery happen. It was down to the wire, but they pulled all the stops to make sure my order delivered same day as event. They were as nice as could be and definitely know how to get the job done. THANK YOU!!!"

"Had a bathtub delivered by them. The driver was rushing to have me sign the delivery slip. I noticed that there were four holes on side of the box (two each side). I opened the box and there were holes in the bathtub caused by a forklift. I told the driver I wasn't accepting the delivery and he called his boss. The female boss said since I opened the box I couldn't refuse delivery. The driver even said the workers who load the trucks don't care if they damage property. I refused delivery and had to wait 2 more weeks for a new tub."

"The website links do not work, and a phone call may be dismissed. I was behind a white van with On Time Freight on the passenger door, and a NY plate, which I have recorded. 2290- two letters. This van turned right with no blinker, onto the street I was turning, then proceeded to drive over the center yellow line for a quarter mile, then brake, then turn again no signal, in Washington, CT @330pm today. Someone is trusting their items to arrive safely. Someone else is expecting the driver to represent their company well, and to drive safely in a vehicle the company owns and insures. As a business owner I would want to know this. As a prospective customer I would want to know this. As someone who works and lives in the area, I am bothered. Do with this info what you will."

"Don’t get fooled by their name, shipment was never on time. People in their office can tell you the same lie over and over again. I called them everyday to get the shipment update, and the same answer is “This item will deliver tomorrow”. So one tomorrow after another tomorrow, And the shipment was never there. As of today 9/13/2021, I am still waiting for the shipment to arrive. And this is almost 2 weeks. Very very ridiculous! My advice is do not use them if you have a second choice. Or your shipment will sit in their warehouse for weeks."
