The FedEx Drop Box located at 620 Norwich-New London Turnpike in Montville, Connecticut is a convenient option for dropping off FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments at any time of day or night. You can choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping options for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.

FedEx Drop Boxes accept a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with your own packaging as long as they have a FedEx label. The drop boxes can accommodate packages up to 20" x 12" x 6" in size.

Drop-off times may vary depending on the location, with many drop boxes now offering extended drop-off times and some even offering Saturday pickup. You can create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number, then print the label and affix it to your package before dropping it off at a nearby FedEx Drop Box.

Please note that no cash, check, or credit card payments are accepted at the drop box location. If your package is too large for the drop box, you can bring it to the counter at a nearby FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Center, FedEx Authorized ShipCenter, Walgreens, Dollar General, or grocery location.
