"They changed my delivery date 7 times.The day it finally arrived the tracking kept changing the time frame alot and thankfully I got a phone call just a few minutes before it was delivered. The shipment arrived no damage, good condition. Very skilled, young, female driver. Very impressive seeing her turn a semi around on a road with no outlet. Thank you Saia, keep being a strong trucking company!"

"Dropped off my shipment several hours early before I could get to my house. Left three pallets in my driveway. Did not have me sign for it or anything - just left it there. I called the driver who pretty much said... sorry I have other shipments and hung up on me. Which would be fine but they came 4 hours earlier then scheduled."

"I bought a 450 Pound item and Saia was delivering the item. I have 250ft drive way and driver dropped the pallet at the end of the driveway and I dont have any way to bring the pallet in. I requested the drive if he can use the pallet jack to bring in front of the garage and the drive is pretty flat but the driver refused to bring it in stating company policy."

"Not dependable. Constantly scheduling for pick-ups, in the morning and they never show up or call and say they cannot make it, they will pick-up the next day and they don't. We have a National account and they are not concerned about it. Also, there is no one local that will talk to you about it and whoever you do end up getting on the phone, to talk, doesn't care. Example is right now we have 10 pallets that the Company had the weights/sizes of all of them they didn't show up yesterday and today they do and say they only have room for 4 pallets. We are now in a position where we will not have the material to stores on time and most importantly our customers will be very upset. Highly recommend going elsewhere for your trucking needs."

"Delivery person did not have our shipment. We had to drive down to the depot with our own trailer to pick up our deliver. No reimbursement or compensation."
